Lance has built a successful agency that attracts and retains loyal customers by prioritizing ethics and client well-being. "When I lose somebody, it's usually because they thought the grass was greener. And they come back when they realize it's not." "We do what's right,” Lance said. “I've had clients where, after seven years, they finally switched over because it was the appropriate time. We never try to finagle a policy to make it work just to get somebody in the door. If you do that, you're going to lose it, and your ethics will be compromised."
