Make it optional but encouraged for others. -​ Gathering customer feedback. Make it a required part of the close out process, use scripts and strategic questions to get very specifc answers. Example: -​ Was a unique challenge you faced for window treatments? And how did Katy Blinds help you overcome that challenge? -​ Use bios in the newsletter (one person at a time)
